Tekno Tribe
The Tekno Tribe are a tribe of tokis focused on research and technology. They believe that forming an alliance with the Kiladako will ensure their survival.
History
The Tekno Tribe formed shortly after the arrival of the Kiladako, and membership has been growing strong ever since.
The Tekno Tribe accepts members from all walks of life and backgrounds. New members must promise their allegiance to technology and inventions.
Historically the Tekno Tribe has always been at odds with the Mysra Tribe. The traditionalist values of the Mysra Tribe are the source of many disagreements.
Culture
The Tekno Tribe do not have a traditional Tekel, instead they have a chieftain called the Teknomancer. The Teknomancer is the highest ranked engineer, capable of tinkering broken machines back to life.
The Tekno Tribe reject traditional magic, believing that electronics are the highest form of magic.
Scholars of the Tekno Tribe are taught the Mantras of the Machines, repeating phrases such as "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" and "PCIe 4.0, 4xDDR5 Dimm, 3xM.2, Back I/O: 7xUSB, 1xType C, HDMI!"
The Tekno tribe possess a fearsome arsenal of modified Kiladako weaponry recovered from crashed spacecraft.
