The kisati plant is a colourful succulent found only on Tarati. It is notable for its brightly coloured fronds with stripes.
The watery sap of the kisati plant is sweet, although overconsumption of the sap can cause nausea and dizziness.
Kisati fronds are tough and chewy. When cooked, it becomes more palatable.
Kisati grows in abundance around swamps. It is the primary food source of the Nill.
