Toki Currency

Toki society started out as trading and bartering, but they soon realized scavenged ship metal was the most valuable thing to trade. Spaceship bits have been scattered across Tarati for as long as tokis remember.

After the war with the Kiladako, tokis had a wealth of metal scraps for some strange reason, causing the economy to plummet when metal scraps became worthless. As a result, toki society gradually switched to the widely used space currency of Rinks. This enabled them to trade on the galactic market with other races.
