Kiladako-V60 is a science-grade Kiladako officer stationed on Tarati. She was assigned on a mission to research the Valissar, a mysterious lake monster, and never returned to her spaceship.

Disappearance

Kiladako-V60 was deployed on a mission to find and document a Valissar in the wild. The Kiladako deemed it imperative to find out how it produced copious amounts of burning acid from its mouth glands. Kiladako-V60 was not briefed on the dangers of the mission, and indeed not enough was known about the Valissar to raise any significant concern.

After receiving a tip from a spy drone, Kiladako-V60 waited beside a Valissar's nesting swamp for several weeks. Growing impatient, she set up a mechanism to drain the swampwater, revealing the furious creature. She began quickly taking scans of the monster's body parts. Upon getting a little too close to the monster's mouthparts to take a teeth scan, she was promptly eaten.

Kiladako-V60 was able to get detailed scans and images of the Valissar's interior anatomy, failing to notice that the creature's internal digestive acid was melting her components. Realizing this too late, Kiladako-V60 fired up her rear thruster to maximum power, and burst out of the Valissar in an explosion of neon blue acid.

Kiladako-V60 was too damaged to make it home, and emitted a distress signal calling for pickup. Within a few hours, Kiladako-V60 was collected from her crash site. However, she was not collected by Kiladako, but a group of toki from the Dak-Naki Tribe.

Kiladako-V60 was entombed in the central pyramid of the Dak-Naki Tribe. In order to conserve energy she switched to a low-power state, and was unable to emit a stronger distress signal to call for aid. Her speech module is heavily damaged, causing her to emit random signal noise and quiet muttering in multiple languages. The Dak-Naki Tribe interpret these sounds as prophecies.

The Kiladako were unable to locate V60 when they eventually arrived to the initial crash site. Kiladako-V60 is officially logged as missing in the Kiladako Directory.
