The Galactic Council was an attempt by the Analac to create a unified governing body for the Milky Way galaxy.
Tasks of the Galactic Council include:
- Maintaining a directory of planets and mapping the universe
- Regulation of Rinks, a universal currency in the galactic trade
- Keeping the scourge Omnis at bay
