The swamp strider is a denizen of Tarati and lives in rivers, swamps, and mudflats.
Appearance
The swamp strider has two long legs for wading through murky water. It has tusks for self-defense and a long flexible tail which can be used like a spear.
Diet
The swamp strider feeds on small fish. It is a stealth hunter, waiting for fish to swim between its legs, and then stabbing them from above with its pointed tail.
